The Molecular Analysis Facility (MAF), part of the Northwest Nanotechnology Infrastructure, has added a new advanced Scanning Electron Microscope, the TFS Apreo-S with Lovac, system to their toolset. The system offers combined imaging detectors, an optional sTEM mode, and image automation capabilities.
