Dear colleagues,

Due to substantial construction delays in their remodel and poor customer service, we have no confidence that the Deca/Graduate will be able to accommodate guests for the NNCI Annual Conference starting on September 12, 2018. We have made an alternate hotel block available and are asking all conference attendees to cancel their reservation at the Deca/Graduate and rebook at the Silver Cloud Hotel – University District. The Silver Cloud is conveniently located next to the University Village, an upscale open-air shopping center with a unique mix of locally-owned boutiques, signature fashion and home-furnishing retailers and a distinct collection of restaurants and eateries.

Please click here to make an online reservation at the Silver Cloud.

The hotel block rate will be available through Sunday, August 12th. Please do not hesitate in rebooking, as it is still the high travel season in Seattle. Please ensure you cancel any prior reservations with Deca/Graduate to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Click here to look up your reservation with the Deca/Graduate for cancellation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

5036 25th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98105

A shuttle service will be provided from the Silver Cloud to the NanoES Building in the morning, and back to the hotel from NanoES in the evening. Shuttle services at other times can be arranged by calling the Silver Cloud at (206) 526-5200.
